the sun rose while I rode down the hills on the forty-five, the yellow glow lit up my fellow workers sleepy eyes and it made them look less tired. i got off the bus and it was colder than I thought it would be. walking up to the government is my favorite part of my day; i peer into windows and shops to see who is awake. the smell outside of wagners is usually sugary enough to make my ears hurt. there is a painting of a woman reclining on a tiger for sale in an always closed vintage shop, there's something about it that I like but the price is not appealing.

I don't know how I became such a grownup so quickly, or what the hell I am doing here. Today I am wearing my Where's Waldo shirt and my sharp black pants and no one is here yet. I haven't been judged yet for the day and I am happy about that. some other session aides invited me out to lunch and I guess I am going with them. Whatever will we talk about? Our various ways of getting to work in the morning? The sunrise? Wackncheese.blogspot.com? Boyfriends? Senators? Democracy?

I'm bored again, it's only 8:23 and i have so much left of this day.

riding public transportation is a wonderful way for a person to figure out their personal like and dislikes. wagner's does make one's ears hurt. I have been riding the subway alot here, and that also make ears hurt. part of the ride from oakland to san fran is above ground and really beautiful. I feel like my eyes are gonna fall out if I appreciate my surroundings any more. niki tried to push me off the golden gate bridge.
